At Rusted Window, we want you to be completely satisfied with the quality of your order. Because our products are often custom-designed, made-to-order, or carefully curated, we do not accept returns or exchanges.If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away at info@rustedwindow.com with photos so we can make it right. In most cases, we will replace the item or offer a refund to your original payment method.
Please note:
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For approved returns (damaged/defective only), we’ll provide a prepaid return label or instructions for returning the item.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item and complete a quality review. You’ll be notified via email once your refund is issued.
